Welcome to my blog!

When I first heard this quote, it really inspired me to get this blog started. I have had a love for writing since I was a little girl but have never really shared it with the world. But I am realizing that there is a lot of chaos and pain in this world, and I want to use my writing to help bring some hope and point people towards God’s love.

Written words are very powerful. I have read things that have touched my soul, articulating feelings that I have not been able to put into words, making me feel a little less alone. My goal with this blog is to do this for people. I hope reading my blog feels like a warm hug, a breath of fresh air, or talking to a friend, giving you peace that everything is going to be okay and that you are not alone :) Because your story matters. Through this blog, I want to offer a safe place of encouragement and vulnerability and show you that you are not alone in the mess. There’s beauty here. There’s hope. Because God meets us in the mess. Here you will find encouragement rooted in Scripture, creative reflections and stories, and honest writing that points to grace.
